Simply the best way to enjoy your steak or fish, there really is no better, healthier way to eat - all the natural flavour remains trapped inside your food, resulting in a meal that is cooked exactly as you like with every mouthful enjoyed piping hot as if it were the first.

Cut off slices and cook as you wish on the sizzling stone. The searing process ensures that large cuts are not quickly cooked through, so if your preference is on the rare side, you can still enjoy your meal exactly as you like.
